In 2005, I began my studies in holistic health to address my personal struggles with various health conditions including spinal disk injuries, carpel tunnel syndrome, acne, and insomnia. While exploring various movement modalities, I came across yoga. The physical, emotional, and mental shift I experienced in my first yoga practice - using a video at home - got me hooked. What started as an experiment to improve my health turned into a career.
What I love most about being a yoga teacher is that I never stop learning. Every client presents new challenges and unique situations that encourage me to stretch my mind, open my heart, and tap deeper into my creativity. |
